01 · Why Nakshatr exists
A learner may know every part and still freeze when the instructions stop.
The founder’s observation is that facts, formulas, software or component names do not automatically become capability when a problem is not pre-framed and several domains interact. Nakshatr is being designed around that gap.
“I do not know this yet” is not the failure.
The intended learner north star is: I do not know this yet, but I know how to begin understanding it.
This is an intended transformation and founder belief. It is not a measured learner-outcome claim.
02 · What defines the system
Mission first. Evidence before confidence. Safety before educational ambition.
The method is settled enough to engineer in full. Its effectiveness is not yet proven — that is what the first pilot is for.

Nakshatr can decide its philosophy, product architecture and internal standards. It cannot create university approval, government endorsement, grant sanction, statutory compliance or an executed agreement by saying so.
